Error loading player: HTML5 player not found

I have reinstalled joomla, template JSN Metro installed and Music Collection no longer. But I get the player not to run, the field of players remains black and I get this message Error loading player:
HTML5 player not found. What can I do that the player works?

Problem is found, the "System - JSN Template Framework" plugin has got the player blocked, the deactiviert plugin and it works. Strangely, the template will still work without problems

Hello Germinal!

I have just move mysite to new server, I try to open an album and I get the message: "Error loading player: HTML5 player not found." I can't paly any mp3 file in this album.
