Hello,
How could I create a menu to display all songs from different artists and albums with a pagination?

    that would be a songs search results page.
    you need to create a menu item "external link", and set the link to:

    index.php?option=com_muscol&view=search&search=songs

    Would this be the same way to create a page for showing all of the artist on one page as well.

    no, in that case you may want to use the normal MAIN page for music collection, with the option to show artists set to YES.
