I want to change download icon or add to playlist icon how can i do that please send me the location for the directory where i cab edit them.........

hello,
it's not just one place.. these are not images but actually "icons".
the add to playlist icon is set in the /plugins/muscolplayers/jwplayer/jwplayer.php file.
The download button is set in every "view" page that displays it, for example /components/com_muscol/views/album/tmpl/default.php and others..
