when converting from quote to invoice no info

Hi

when i create an invoice from a quote, and then select view online, there is no information on the invoice.

please can you advise

    can you make a screenshot? can you check that the invoice has a template assigned to it?

    yes i have checked the invoice has a template attached.

    please see the attached picture, but i dont think it explains much.

    Just a quick update, it only occurs when a create an invoice from a quote, when i create an invoice it displays fine.
