Transferring data files to new url

I need to know how I can import data from one url to another. I have built a new site and have installed Invoice Manager on it. I have Invoice Manager on another site and would like to transfer the files to the new site.

    well you need to install Invoice Manager in the new site, and then also transfer the database tables for invoice manager, which are those whose name starts with #__invoices_ (#_ being the prefix in your DB)
