Template layout not showing correct

Hi there
I just bought Invoice Manager vJ3 and after setting up everything I find that the Bootstrap template for Quote and Invoice is not showing correctly. It is stretched the full width of the screen and the items are not where they suppose to be. Also, when creating a quote or invoice, the product items that I created are not available to choose - this defeats the purpose of pre-setup products.

Can you help me out?

    Hello,

    did you modify the template using the HTML mode (not recommended)..? can you make a screenshot of what you see?

    the products created should be available if you use the Search function inside the Items area, in the invoice form. it doesn't work?

    HI, No I did not modify the template - The problem starts with creating a quote. When I add items it does not give me the option of selecting the products I created under the Products option. Then once done and you go to the list view of the quotes and click on the "view invoice" icon the items are not where they are suppose to appear. Also the layout streches from one side of the screen to the other side and cuts off the amounts. I'm attaching screenshots for you to view

    Hello,

    this disatjusment happens is the template was opened in HTML mode and saved. even if you didn't modify anything in it, if you hit save, it will show like this, because it has stripped some HTML code necessary...

    if that doesn't happen in the INVOICE template, I suggest you copy/paste every field in it into the quote tempalte and save it. but do it using the non-HTML mode...

    in any case, the stored products should be working. can you maybe send me access so I can take a look?

    Thanks - the layout issue has been resolved - I must have opened and saved the WYSIWYG option at some point. Here is the login details to check out the products that is not available during quote and invoice creation:

    I just tested it and it works great...
    I'm not sure what issue are you having. if you are in the "items" section of the invoice/quote form, and you hit "search items", the items appear and you can select them to be added to the invoice... see screenshot

    AHHHH!! Now I understand - maybe a suggestion: Move the Search function up so that it is next to the "Add new item" - As it is now it makes it very confusing because a logical flow will mean that "Add new item" adds the pre setup items into the quote.

    I seem to have run into another weird issue - now suddenly the PDF viewer as well as the "send email" gives me a blank page when I click on it.     well the problem is the same as it was in the other case: the code in the PDF & email area of the template was messed up... I just restored it to the original code (and placed your logo) and it works fine now...

    Thanks Germinal - A suggestion maybe: Remove the WYSIWYG option completely from your system then - no use in having the option available if it is going to corrupt file structures. There is always the curious guy (like me :) ) that will click on it

    yes, probably we will end up removing it completely... for now we leaved it, but with lots of "warnings" saying it's not recommended to use.
