When you click the Email Envelope on the right of the Invoice or Quote screen to Email it to the client. Could you first ask if I want to continue with the sending process? I clicked it now to test it and now a Half drafted Quote was emailed to my New Client. Not cool.

Sorry there's no such option.
To be honest you're the first to ever ask us this... Usually it is understood that when you click on "Send email", the email gets sent.
You could, if you want, temporarily change the email on the invoice for yours, this way you can receive the emails, and therefore see how it looks.
