Invoice template issue

The invoice template I am using has the items particulars being showed above the headings columns,
IE
MVT 100, $1900 0.00 10% 209
Description, unit cost, quantity

My programing is basic, but are you able to send me the plaint text for 1.3.3 invoice manager? (Im not sure if this is an error I created or a standard issue)

    Just read last post "Invoice Template items not aligned properly"
    I did open up the HTML editor (Kick in backside required)
    However I'm after original code for 1.3.3 invoice manager. Tried to re-install without any success.

    try uninstalling and reinstalling.. it should install the default template again
