More precisely : I've set up a couple of static taxes in group 1. E.g.: +25€
But when I activate it, it seems to be applied as a percent, so it is counted as 25%.

yes, it's a little bug. Just a javascript bug.
please, find attached a zip file. just download it and unzip it, it contains a JS file.
you must replace this file for the one you'll find in /administrator/components/com_invoices/assets/items.js
then just refresh your browser, this issue should be gone.
