Quote accept/reject buttons are not showing Issue

I've tried everything I can think of, checked all options and plugins and I still can't see the Quote Accept/Reject buttons. Any suggestions?

    I'm assuming you're using them in the quote template.. yes? (using the TOKENS for it)

    the buttons will show only when the status of the quote is PENDING.

    It was set to pending but that wasn't it. When you select the add quote button next to a contact name, you still have to change the template to quote. That was the issue.
