#2 Am I able to attach an additional image/file (artwork mockup) to the customer within the Quote email? Reduce multiple emails to client.

#3 When I create and email a quote, for instance, Printavo sends the customer an email with a link they must click on in order to view the quote. Inside the link is an approval button which they must click on to approve. Once approved, my dashboard shows it has been approved. If this is not possible, how about email received receipt?

#4 Is it possible to add a "Work Order or Invoice Status" option for in house work flow. Such as "artwork approved" "artwork pending" "ready to print" "completed"


I understand this is starting to sound more like shop management then invoicer. We do have a joomla coder we use to help facilitate or willing to pay for custom coding.

1. these fields (shirt sizes) are not available on the invoice, so they would need to be created customly. additionally, this affects the way the invoice lines price is calculated (it's not just 1 number for quantity, it's several).

2. no, it would require custom work too.

3. the link is there, but not the approve button. custom work.

4. we can add more statuses to quote or invoice. it's custom work, but it's a small think to add.
