I love your plugin and fits everything that the clients want.
The one issue I have is with the lack of a global payment gateway. Both paypal and Authorize.net do not allow businesses located in certain countries to accept payments. Are those the only options available? How hard is it to integrate 2Checkout into your extension? Cost?
This is the only reason that I will have to go with ccInvoices if there is no solution.
