The amount on payments is not automatically set. Payments always have the same (fixed amount). the fact that one payment is paid, it doesn't mean that another payment will decrease its amount..
what you would need to do is to create the payments so the total combined amount is the total you want.

what i need is when someone sends me money i want to send back remain total as invoice
and when i send an e-mail to let him know the remain amount he sees again total amount. I want to let know remain amount.

the payment amounts is not something that the system changes on its own.

in your invoice I see 2 payments, one is of 2350 and the other is of 600. the fact that the payment of 600 has been paid does not mean that this amount will be substracted from the other payment.

if you want the other payment to change its amount, you need to do it manually.

total amount is 1120 and user paid 300 rest is 820
as i attached below paid 300 and total amount is 1420 this is totally wrong it should be 820

you are not listening to what I'm saying.

you have created a payment of 1120. and another of 300. the total of payments is 1420, this is normal because it is what you have created.

the payment that you created and that is 1120 should be 820. just CHANGE its amount.

therefore you must create one payment of 300 and another of 820.
