PDF Invoices from Mobile? (& send PDF invoice via email from Joomla?)

I have 2 Issues/queries:

1 - Below I have created two screenshots: one from desktop view (lots of available features visibile in Invoice Manager), the other from my Galaxy Note 3 on Android (features missing...)

Eg I would like to download PDF of the invoice from mobile BUT simply this option is not visible? How come?
I've changed mobile browser to "Desktop Site" but this still hasn't allowed me to view all the options....
Please advise.

2 - I thought with Invoice Manager i would be able to send the PDF Invoice by email FROM the backend of Joomla BUT it doesn't seem possible...
Currently is the only option for sending PDF Invoice to download it (using DESKTOP browser), then email it from PDF software (eg Adobe Reader.... Foxit PDF Reader etc....). Please advise.

    It seems that when using Isis template in backend that on Desktop I can see all the info.
    When I resize the window to about half screen on my 13" laptop then the Isis template goes responsive size and then lots of options which were on the right simply dissapear... please advise.

    Hello,

    yes, some options are simply "hidden" on small screens because, well.. because there simply isn't enough space to show everything.
    what you can do is to disable these elements from beign hidden. however, to do that, you will need to remove some HTML code.
    if you're familiar with HTML, it will be no much problem to you. otherwise, you let me know.

    open the file /administrator/components/com_invoices/views/invoices/tmpl/default.php

    all the hidden columns (and its content) are hidden using a CSS class called "hidden-phone". you will simply need to remove these tags.

    2. you can send the invoice on PDF, of course. you just need to check that option on Invoice Manager options! :)

    2. I have created the folder "pdfinvoices" in the website root folder and it's working now :) Can you update the documentation to include this as it's not clear that this needs to be done? I assumed when installing the extension this folder was created....
