Nome on invoices from Hikashop Issue

Hi,
I try to buy an item withn my hikashop to generate an invoice. Everything is ok for the article but there is no data about the customer.
When I edit the invoice, the customer is aldready linked with a contact but the data are not displayed on the invoice (name, adress...)

Can you help me please ?

    Did I forgot anything?

    The informations of the customers are not recorded in the invoice when I buy any product form hikashop.

    Hi, finally, yesterday, I understood why I had this problem.

    Hiskahop does not synchonize data with Community builder, so they did not have data about the customers in hikashop_adress table.

    To solve the problem, I have to ask the customers to enter in their adress in the shop when they purchase even if they have ever entered it during the registering process.

    There is no plugin about it.

    Perhaps, it would be nice to get data about the customer in joomla or CB.

    What I cannot understand is why the component does not get information from the linked contact if there is no information in hikashop_adress table.
