Left menu backend don't work

Hello, I bought and installed Invoice manager, but the left panel does not appear in the back-end.

    I use Chrome, but I tried with Firefox and Internet Explore the identical situation no menu left ...

    I just understood by seeing your screenshot. if i change the english language of the administrator pertie i have the left menu.
