There are several minor issues with the installation of Invoice Manager on my site.
1. The logo does not appear in the downloaded PDF invoice. I made sure the URL information to logo exists on the email/PDF side.
2. The customer version of the invoices do not look like the administrator's version. It appears they have lost style. Items appear before the item list area.
3. The PayPal option does not work as it refers to the UK and I am here in the US

01. make sure the allow_url_fopen PHP directive is enabled on your configuration
2. have you edited the invoice using HTML mode? can you make a screenshot? usually if this happens means that the HTML code on the template got messed up by the editor, if it was opened with the HTML mode (not recommended)
3. you can manually change this on the form sent to PayPal. if you open file /plugins/invoices/payment_paypal/payment_paypal/tmpl/form.php
