Hello
After I make a order in virtumart, all product rows are imported to the invoice but not additional fees (like transportation). is something wrong in settings or that virtuemart plugin not able to import those things?
Regards,
Veiko

0Thanks for a fast reply.
In virtuemart order are products + transportation (with or with out additional cost) + payments (which may have also additional cost). When I make an order in VM then in IM is created invoice which is marked as 'payd' (but its not, that is also wrong - VM standard payment module is used). The payments the total is correct, but when I look to invoice details, then I can see only products and looks like client is payd more than he should. Take a look to attached screenshots.
I can give you an access to our test site and you can check it in live. If it's Ok, then let me know to where I can send you address and passwords.

0ok I understand what you mean.
in invoice manager, there's no place for "shippment", and that's what's missing. the plugin is not configured for that.
what I can think if is to code some new functionality into the plugin that will create an entry for shippment, but that will need to be actually listed as an "extra item", if you know what I mean, because there's no extra room for shippment amount... -

0What you mean with the "Extra Item"?
Same problem with (gift)coupons. It should be also visible on invoice.
Shipment and coupon (if in use) can be allways on last row as a product (qty is allways 1) etc...
Is possible to solve those problems? What it means for us, how mutch it will take?
To the existing way we cannot use it -

0what I mean is that, since thre's no separated field for "shipping", the shipping costs should be added as a new row in the items list of the invoice (like if it was one more product). do you know what I mean?
exaclty what you say (qty = 1, etc)
it would require a bit of custom coding, but it's doable.
please, contact us at support@ joomlathat.com to discuss it further and analyze what it would take.
