IM hikashop integration Issue

I'm using IM with Hikashop. The integration plugin is activated and it is set to all or created, but no invoices in the IM appear when orders are created.

When I change the order status to confirmed, the invoice appears with name, date, and amount but when I click on invoice details or show invoice online there will be only a blank popup/page with no data inside. Sending an email will create an empty result as well. Any ideas?

    hello

    can you check if you have a default template selected in Invoice Manager config options, and make sure you SAVE the options?
    then try to create another invoice and see if you get the same issue.

    Hello,

    I can't open invoice in pdf. Invoice is generated, but when I press on pdf button I get error 500 in browser. Also in created folder there is no invoices.
