Hi,
I'm using the hikashop plugin for the first time and I've noticed an issue.
I'm guessing prices are not handled the same way and that results in the fabrication of some invoices with a status partially paid.
The amount isn't equal to the price displayed in Hikashop and therefore we get the status "Partially Paid" which must be changed manually to "Paid" each time.
I've found this post : http://www.joomlathat.com/support/invoice-manager/with-hikashop-invoice-totals-arent-the-same. So I've applied the same configuration option in Hikashop and the amounts are the same. I'm still getting the "Partially Paid" status though.
An example can be seen in the attachment.
For now I've set the status to "Not set". But a solution would be nice.
Thanks,
Bert Mannaert.

Hello,
this issue seems to be related to the roundig options, working differently in both cases. Although we have made some fixes on a couple websites (we can do that in yours if you want), looks like the final best solution will be to icrease the number of decimals (handled internally) from 2 to 4.
We will do that in the next release, but it's still on the works.
In the meantime, if you want me to try a couple fixes on your website, I'll be happy to do so.

0Good to know this is being addressed. For this particular client we do not need to change anything for now, because they have a particular workflow which does not need for the status "Paid" to be set.
So the solution to disable the automatic status and keep "Not set" is enough for now.
I will wait for the release where this problem is fixed and change the settings afterwards.
Thanks for the information.
