"Save" and "Save and preview" buttons are missing

Hi,

When i create a new invoice or try to edit a excisting one the buttons "Save" and "Save and preview" are missing :(

Just upgraded from version 1.4.6 to 2.1.1

    please, just to make sure, hit refresh on your browser, to make sure all new files are reloaded.

    No it didn't :(

    fixed it by changing the option "Show preview in same page (only large screens)" from Yes to No now the buttons are there in the pop-up
