I need to understand if the "recurring" check is done when someone browses into the joomla page?
Or if the "invoices manager" code has to be "browsed".

This to understand how often / when the "recurring" code is executed to check when to send the invoices etc.

Or do I need to setup a "curl" or "wget" similar code from crontab that's makes sure the page is browsed so that the "recurring" plugin is executed?
