Problem Vat product

Hi,
I have a problem with the VAT, it takes me 17% on some orders but not on all orders.
see image below

Hello

this is probably because it's taking the discount into account before calculating the VAT.
if you can send me joomla and FTP access, I'll be very happy to take a look into this and solve it for you.
