PDF nor email working

I just purchased a copy of IM and I'm having 2 issues right out of the box.

1. In backend when I click on PDF or send email in invoices I get this :

500 - An error has occurred.
'size' is not a valid CSS2 property.

Return to Control Panel


2. in invoice preview, when I don't fill in VAT id for recipient, his phone number shows in VAT id position instead of phone position

can I get some help please ?

    Hello,

    1. this error seems very strange. the server is throwing a 500 error about a CSS2 property.. you mention that you get this out of the box. are you sure you didn't make any changes on the template? did you even open the template to change the logo or something like that?

    2. I think I know how to solve this quickly

    could you maybe send me joomla access so I can take a look? our email is support@ joomlathat.com

    Hi there,

    thanks for the reply. I have changed the logo of course and I changed 2 lines of text (from "VAT id" to "ABN") that's it, but that should not affect anything.

      yes, it could affect the template if you used the "NOT RECOMMENDED" HTML edit mode. did you?

    the problem is caused by DOMpdf, but I don't know why it shows. do you have access to PHP error log of your server?
