I have followed your installation to the T and when I click via administrator view pdf, the pdf is blank?

I have not changed your code so I should see your template invoice but alas it is blank - can you help?

Also when purchasing this I tried to put the company name and VAT number in but it says not valid. The company has a valid GB VAT Number so why did you not except it, you are now chasing me for VAT - halp asap please.
