This is the second time this has happened. The first time I didn't have time to deal with it and ended up deleting the invoice so the customer would stop getting these. It is happening again now.
The customer pays with PayPal and then there are multiple emails to myself (the admin) and the client. These continue even after removing the client email and unpublishing the invoice.

0Perhaps this has been fixed. I installed what I saw were new releases of the component and payment plugin, I couldn't find a changelog to see if this was a bug that was addressed. I did get 2 more payment received email notifications after I updated the code, however no more since then.Is there a changelog ? -

0hello
if this happens means that, for whatever reason, PayPal keeps sending the "paid" notification to your website again and again, and this triggers the email to be sent.
This has happened to me also a couple times, it's a PayPal issue.
if you want, I can specifically disable the email to be sent if the invoice is unpublished. -

0That would be a nice option. The first time it happened my client freaked out, unpublishing would be a nicer option for me than deleting the invoice.-

Germinal Campsmore than a month agohi,
I've added the condition for mails to be sent only if the invoice is published.
