lost my quotation template bootstrap

Hi,

I lost the example template to Invoice and Quotation.
Can someone please send me these, so that I can re-enter them again.

if you simply reinstall the extension, you will have the default templates re-installed as well...

    I have implemented the "invoice" template now, which works fine.
    Do you have a working template for "quote" that I can use too?
