because cancelled orders in j2store are also invoiced in invoicemanager

sorry, i mean that invoice manager not creating invoices automaticly when a j2store order is confirmed.
For example create the invoice only when order status is shipped

i ask the question more simple: can i choose when invoicemanager get the j2store order details to make invoice according the order state: pending, confirmed or processed?

it would require a bit of custom coding work.

Ok, but the program is useless for me, too many double invoices, numbering gets out of line. Invoicemanager should only create invoice if the order is processed (not upon payment or confirmation) in j2store.
Is there a refund policy? Just renewed subscription hoping to get things fixed.

another question: as my invoice numbering is messed up, can i configure the numbering for example that it starts from number 126? Next invoice 127, 128 and so on?

we just published version 1.2.0 of the J2Store plugin (you can download in your downloads)

in this new version, you can choose for which order status the invoice will be actually created. You can select this in the plugin configuration!

no, was still the old version. I had to uninstall the old version first. Than install the new plugin. Now I see the settings

creating the invoice in invoicemanager gives : price ex vat: 480 euro and vat 21% is 100.80 euro total is 580.80 euro

vat changed from 21% to 20% , needs to be 21%
