Hi,

I have purchased invoice manager, and Affiliate tracker as I see that you state it is compatable with Akeebasubs, however when I purchase a subscription, nothing is pulled through to invoice manager? Your products state fully integrated, but its not happening? Have I missed something? Also whats the use of adding products, if you cant add a setup fee, or add it to an invoice?

I purchased this software to control site membership...

PS, what is going on with the CSS on the Price?

oh wait a second.. I just observe that you have purchased the normal version of Invoice Manager..!
    not the Extended version.
The version that is compatible with AkeebaSubs is the Extended version, which includes the extension plugin.
that's what you missed..! you need the Extended version.

didn't you see this when you purchased it? the difference is shown on the checkout pages..

Sorry, I am confused, I purchased the 2 components from you, so you telling me after spendinga all that cash, I have to purchase a "Bigger" subscription? If the plugins dont come with it, then what can you really do with it? The products can't be added to an invoice? This was purchased for subscription based website as I specified before... Are you saying I wasted my money?

no man, I'm not saying anything like that.

I'm saying that we have multiple packages in our store, as you have seen, for sure, when you purchased.

when you purchased, you had to choose between 4 packages, didn't you? the prices are 39, 49, 69 and 79 EUR.

you purchased the package of 49 EUR.

please take a good look at the page: http://www.joomlathat.com/store/invoice-manager/3-0
you were there before, when you purchased it.

this page displays the 4 packages and says exactly what does each one contain. as you can clearly see, the 49 eur package does NOT contain the "3rd party integration" which is what you need.
what you need is the 79 EUR package, not the 49 EUR. You can upgrade by just paying the difference 30 EUR.

why so many packages? because many of our users do NOT need the 3rd party integration (like akeebasubs), they just want to create invoices manually. that's not your case.

do you understand better now? :)

    hmmm.... here's the problem... http://www.joomlathat.com/invoice-manager/integrated-with-joomla-extensions

It doesn't say on that page that you need a specific membership, and I only saw now that you have to click on the image, to read that... That's a bit misleading guys, seriously... Espescially considering that Akeeba subscriptions can do it 's own invoicing... I purchased this to control the affiliates payment... do your 2 extensions not "talk" to each other, because if this is the case, which would really amaze me, then your components wont work for my subscription...

    Hello again,

the first sentence on that page is: "Our Extended version of Invoice Manager [...]"
that is said right there.. its says this is available on our Extended version. plus, later on the checkout page, as I mentioned, this is explained again.

Affiliate Tracker already works with AkeebaSubs.

but Invoice Manager needs the Extended version to work with Akeebasubs... I'm sorry if you got confused there, but this is really said in every page...

let me know how can I help. again, you can upgrade the Invoice Manager package, you don't need to purchase a whole new subscription.

    All the best

I am sorry if I am coming across harsh... I have already been taken for over $100 form JoomAce for the shopping cart on my site, had to go and purchase Mijoshop instead, and I am now under pressure to get this affiliate system and subscription component working... I was happy to purchase the invoicing and affiliate system from the same company, as naturally support from 1 place for 2 components is better, especially since I read the support here was good... Your components are a bit more than some of your competitors, especially if you have to get the "top package" when you buy each component... just to get all the benefits that you advertise. I mean Idevaffiliate and rsmembership would have cost me less, but done alot more as Idev Affiliate has alot of payment plugins... but it is not a joomla component... I just need this system to work, so what now... Unfortunately I am not happy with paying an extra $30 for something that was not specified correctly, in that case these 2 components cost me around $1299.00, I could have rather purchase payplans and you affiliate system then...

    Hello,

I understand. Please check your email.

    just 2 things:
    1. $1299? I guess that's a typo...
    2. I honestly believe that the difference between packages is specified correctly. It is said on every page. And specially and most importantly, it is specificed on the checkout page, where you select the package, where there are clearly 4 options. It is a bit hard to believe that one would choose one package between 4 without actually reading what's the difference with packages.. to be honest we hadn't had this complain until today, ever...

Hi, yes that was a typo, its almost 11 pm here, and been a long day... as stated I was under pressure, and looking back can see where I made the mistake... Once again, I did not mean to come across as harsh, I should have simply taken a bit more time to read what was right in front of me.

Thanks for the (very) quick responses... unheard of from "other developers"...

time to get out my bank card again... (sigh)
