I am trying to integrate Hikashop with Invoice Manager, there is no instructions on how to configure this procedure. I Have created plans in both components but the only plan that is getting recognized is Hikashop. Could you give me some instructions on how to complete this process.

Have you activated the plugin Hikashop - Invoice Manager?
If you have activated it, note that in the plugin preferences there is an option to tell the plugin when to create the invoices: When they are confirmed or when they are created (take a look at the screenshot attached).
Maybe you have the option by default "Confirmed" and you are only creating them.
