Email notification to me - the store owner

Hi, we are using Virtumart as an online catalog with Add to Order function (so it functions as a store but products have no prices and instead of Add to Cart we have Add to Order). We need to use the Invoice Manager to generate the estimate/quote- with the Accept Quote and Reject Quote buttons. We could not figure out how to make the Virtuemart order show as Quote in the Invoice Manager (and assumed Quote can only be done manually) we use Invoice as a Quote because we setup in the plugin to generate invoice when status is Pending. No such option for Quotes, right?

And so, when the shopper submits the order, that Virtuemart order automatically generates Invoice in your Invoice Manager. We open that invoice, add our prices and send it to the customer. The customer receives the invoice/quote and can click on Accept Quote or Reject Quote, and it shows up in the back-end.

Question: Can the store owner receive an email notification when the customer Accepts or Rejects?
We set up our email in the Invoice Manager configuration but haven't received any. Please advise, thank you.

    Hello Andrea,

    right, only "invoices" are generated automatically, not "quotes".

    There's no function to email this notification you're asking for... this would require some additional custom coding work...
