Cannot create manual invoice Issue

Hi,

The new button is not working for both Invoices & Quotes. Invoice get created ok from Virtumart.

Invoce manager version: 2.1.2
joomla version: 3.7.2
VM version 3.2.2

    I did a fresh install in joomla version: 3.7.2 and can't get it to work. I have it on a test version (3.6.5) and it is working.

    Fairly simple setup :
    - admin tool
    - akeeba backup
    - form maker
    - VM
    - invoice manager
    and other plugins that I have used in the past.
