I have completed installation of the Invoice Manager but am having problems.
I added a couple of products.
I tried to add a contact but as soon as I open the page the Linked to User column has a spinner running under it and it does not stop.
I click the "New" button but nothing happens - seems to be waiting on that spinner.
If I go to the options I'm seeing "Select an option" in the Default tax on items drop down box but when I click that box's dropdown select arrow it does not show anything. Not sure how to proceed if I cannot do this first setup.
