Hi there,
I am unable to get the map to work for some reason.
I get the following error message above the map:
Warning: Division by zero in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/modules/mod_content_statistics_map/tmpl/map.php on line 76
No data is being registered on the map, so it is just remaining blank.
I am using Joomla 3.1.5, K2 2.6.7 and the current version of Content Statistics.
Please could you help me resolve this so as I can roll the functionality out to all users.
Thanks in advance for your help, and if you require any additional information, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Chris

Just a heads up for anyone reading this post: we managed to solve it, we found out that the problem was actually coming from ipinfodb.com, because they had blocked the IP of the server, and therefore no geo-location data was provided.
After contacting ipinfodb.com, they unblocked the IP and the system just started working normally.

0Hello
this definitely looks like the data is not being recorded. have you activated an API key?
please read the last point on this article: http://www.joomlathat.com/content-statistics/visitor-maps -

0it seems correct (asuming that the user ID is correct, of course)
so, next question would be: is there data to display? meaning, are there article views for that user id?
another way to see this is to create a module "evolution in time" (which has rthe same parameters), just to be sure that there actually is data. could you try this? -
