Content Statistics not tracking logins or dowloads

I am seeing logins in Logman but Content Statistics is not showing the same activity. I have DOCMAN, FILEMAN and LOGMAN installed, it shows the Admin login from yesterday, but a login from lastnight of a user was missed.

    what are the configurations on the Content Statistics plugin?
    is it set to record data from ALL users?
