We bought the Calendar Planner today and implemented it in our website, as explained in the tutorial. Yet it doesn't work porperly. It's improperly formatted.

0hello,
it looks like there are 2 issues: one is just CSS not formatting the buttons (first screenshot) correctly. the other is javascript issue which is not loading the data.
both should be very easy to detect and fix if I could see the site live. can you provide a link to the website so I can check it live?
thanks -

0Thanks,
ok, first important thing to avoid the javascript problem: you need to go to the System plugin (System - Calendar Planner) and you need to set the parameter "URL subfolder" to this value:
/~skan
this is because your site is in a subfolder and this needs to be set to avoid the javascript issue. can you first set this, and let me know if the calendar view (week, month) works? -

0I've been checking the website and the buttons problem (basically the problem is that the icon inside the button is not appearing) seems to be related to the fact that your template is loading its own "bootstrap" theme, that is not using the same icons for the buttons.
do you know, by any chance, if your template is using Bootstrap 3 instead of 2?
if you have no idea what I'm talking about, then I would ask you to please simply send me FTP access to the site at support@ joomlathat.com and this way I'll be able to check it myself. -

0I'm sorry. My mistake. It's acctually bootstrap 2.3.2.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agostill, the template you're using is overriding parameters and it doesn't show the icons, we need to add this into the component's CSS.

0I'm sorry, to reopen this, but we currently changed the template and now we have the same probleme again. Not as bad as before but still some items are not shown correctly. the site is now here: http://server4.masterhomepage.ch/~skan/neu/index.php/en/blog-2/events/week
Is it possible for you to fix that again? Or to tell me how to do it myself? -

0The ftp is the same, but you have to put it in the folder "neu", as the site is now on http://server4.masterhomepage.ch/~skan/neu/">http://server4.masterhomepage.ch/~skan/neu/ and not on http://server4.masterhomepage.ch/~skan anymore.-
skanagmore than a month agoOoops.. Sorry for the weird links... :/
