Please explain? AT is set up and the Item ID was entered and the affiliate link was used to sign up for new affiliates, but I nor my affiliates have a list of their affiliates in this extended version of AT using multilevel?

0well, in the frontend, an affiliate can see how many affiliates "children" he has under his account, but he is not allowed to see their names.
what I don't understand is what you're saying about the IP. where do you see the IP, in the accounts page? on the frontend?
there are no IPs shown on that page.
maybe you can send a screenshot? -

there's no such thing in joomla. to "login" you need to have an account.
this has nothing to do with Affiliate Tracker anyway... you're talking about joomla's login system...
