View ALL Virtuemart orders in Affiliate Tracker

To be consistent I would like to make sure ALL virtuemart orders are shown in backend of affiliate tracker so I allways can check who is getting comission for it and if there was no affiliate id attached, to assign it manually or automatically to some afiliate/user.

hello

well, AT will only track and show those orders that came from an affiliate link..
if you want to change this behavior and simply show ALL orders (regardless of actually being affiliate order or not), some coding would be necessary
