yes. On the back-end I can see the logs of all accounts including the one that I'm logged-in the front-end.

I've found from where the issue is coming.

The problem is when sh404SEF and Joomla "Use URL Rewriting" options are enabled.

sh404SEF is no longer having the mod_rewrite option available and is recommended to use Joomla URL Rewriting instead.

If I disable sh404SEF and use only Joomla core SEF and URL Rewriting enabled everything is working fine.

If I do not enable URL Rewriting in Joomla, sh404SEF is working correctly and is displaying the logs page.

Do you have any suggestions how can I fix this? The problem is only on Affiliate Tracker and only with the logs page.

hmm... could it be that there is no specific sef_ext (extension for sh404sef) for affiliate tracker?

No, is working fine with SEF enabled and disabled. It doesn't work when I enable Joomla URL rewriting. In fact today after testing again it looks that when index.php is missing from the link the page is white. Please see attached screenshot.

ok, I think I know what's going on.. finally figured it out.

what's happening is that when there's no "index.php", it actually is showing you the /logs folder (which is standard in joomla)

that's all! do you know what I mean?

you can't have an URL that is just "/logs" because there's a folder with the same name...

so, what you would need to do, is rename this URL, to something like /affiliate-logs or whatever you prefer.

yes, I understand perfectly. Is showing the index.html inside the logs folder. I've renamed the link to /affiliate-logs and is working correctly now.
