i just installed Affiliate tracker and try to configure it.

I have 2 websites :
Website 1 is where i explain my online courses, i have many online course. When a client want purshase, the button redirect him to the second site, where i manage my client and online courses.

I use Membership pro for that.

My website 1 is my principal domain.
My website 2 is a sub-domaine of my website 1.

How can i make working the tracking, if my affiliate send the prospect to the firs website, and order on the second.

Affiliate tracker in installed on my website 2, where i have Membership pro.
