Invoice Manager 3 Edition 3.3.1
Content Statistics Edition 3.0.0
Evolution in time (Compare & Individual) Edition 3.0.0
I myself only use the Affiliate Tracker and the Invoice Manager.
1. You programmed me a shortcut to Joomshopping.
2. I have adapted the affiliate registration forms (frontend and backend (administrator) and database fields.
What's changed in your new versions or is new?
What is overwritten by the new versions?
What happens to the programmed customization for Joomshopping?
Do I have to re-upload all my customizations?
What do you recommend?

all files for the COMPONENT are overriden...
if you need to perform an update and don't want to loose the customizations, you need to do a manual update.
or, backup all your files, install the new version and then, carefully, copy all your custom code into the new versions...
it all depends on what your customizations are.
for example, for joomshopping, I guess we created a new PLUGIN for Affiliate Tracker, right?
in this case, the plugin is not part of the component itself, so the update won't affect it, in theory.
the problem is not joomshopping, but the registration forms... those you need to backup and replace it manually... -

I have updated the Affiliatetracker and Invoice Manager.

Evolution in time (Compare & Individual) Edition 3.0.0
Unfortunately, the invoice manager does not work when creating a new invoice. See screenshot. It also no longer loads the invoices already created correctly.
The login forms in the frontend and admin area and the language files I had adapted. I simply exchanged these files after the update.
Do you have any idea what might be the cause?

I checked the language files and adapted them again. You had made some enhancements.
2. I have another thought. Could the link between the Invoice Manager and Joomshopping have an influence on the function of the Invoicemanager after the update?

when I use the original language files, the error occurs.
I wonder why the error should come from the language files?
There are only placeholders with a label in them.
But I saw that there was an adjustment in the admin area of an invoice form.
administrator/components/com_invoices/invoice/view/templ/form
Could that lead to this problem?

I found the error in the language file.
It is the umlauts that are responsible for this (e.g. ä, ü). Now it works again.
1. But, how can I customize the language files for UTF-8?
2. After the update I have another problem.
The invoice will be sent in the e-mail without a PDF attachment.
Otherwise everything seems to work.

1. it should work with the umlauts too. Can you try using the HTML tags for these characters? http://www.starr.net/is/type/htmlcodes.html
