Terms and conditions without loading Bootstrap Issue

Hi, I have a Yootheme template I am using and loading bootstrap is messing up the formatting so I have turned it off. But the terms and conditions popup box is not working now. Do you have an alternative method for displaying the terms and conditions?

    hello

    unfortunately Bootstrap modal class is used to display the terms and conditions
    the only way around this would be to change the code so the modal uses the UI kit classes instead.
    if you can send me joomla/ftp access, I can do this for you.
