Hello,
I have some confusion on how to correctly use the "referral word"
let's say I assign the word "john" to an affiliate
that word can be added by the affiliate to any link in order to track sales?
like:
mywebsite.com/john
mywebsite.com/somepage/john
mywebsite.com/somepage/someotherpage/john
just like he would do with his normal tracking id ?atid=XX ?
Thank you

no. referral word is for one unique address.
if you set "john", it means that the URL:
mywebsite.com/john
EXISTS on your website. and, if that URL is hit, then the visit is awarded to that affiliate.
but any other combination, such as mywebsite.com/somepage/someotherpage/john, wont' work.
