Parent and child users NOT properly connected

Every child is defaulting to the same parent. We have tried to sign up from many other computers, different locations, phones, etc. The result is always the same. The child is assigned to the master user #0. We are NOT using referral words.

What's the problem? How to fix this asap? Do you need superadmin access to our site?

    How can this get fixed in a timely manner? It's been two weeks waiting for a simple resolution.

    System - Affiliate Tracker plugin did not install properly. I reinstall many many times...suddenly today it works. problem solved.
