Hi

We have bought this plugin for a year and installed it but it does not work!

We have gone ahead with the training file, but not the registered references, not the sales.

We use J2store !

please guide me !

    your subscription is currently expired, please renew to have access to technical support

    if all the elements are installed, it has to work..!

    I have installed it and configured its settings. This year, many users have reported that the system does not work, even does not display citations!

    We have already spent money but have not used it at all, please advise us.
