Please find attached two images, one of them show some unpublushed accounts in the back end and the other one shows those same accounts appearing in the front end "Accounts" drop down filter.

Sorry for the very late reply.

The issue you describe is actually not a bug: a user account could be unapproved by the admin (which means the traffic is not gonna be tracked on that account), but the user can still see this on its list, given that it may be "pending approval"

If you'd prefer to not show it, I can do with with a bit of code if you can send me access code at support@ joomlathat.com
