Not able to get Affiliate Tracker to create conversions. Any idea why?

I have made 9 attempts to get Affiliate Tracker to track a conversion. It logs the referrals but no conversion. Using with PayPlans. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

    what is the setting on the plugin? (the integration plugin with payplans)? is it enabled?

    Yes, it's installed and enabled. Set to automatically approve new conversions and trigger on invoice paid.
