Multi-level commissions Issue

Hi,

I've disabled Multi-level commissions in Options, but an affiliate parent is still assigned to a new affiliate account. How can we stop that?

    hi,

    the assignation may still happen but no conversions (no commissions) will be applied.

    Hi,

    good to know that.

    Is this a bug? Can it be fixed? Is annoying. I have to remove from database the records.

    Any plans on fixing it in a future version?

    well, if you have assignations means that you are accessing the website having a cookie that "points you" to the "parent affiliate"...
    if you use a clean browser, you shouldn't have this issue..

    anyway we'll work to include this modification into future release.
