It's still not working. Parents are not connecting to child

Parents are not being properly connected. I have tried everything possible. No matter what I do, the child does not connect to the parent automatically even though I used the proper link with ATID number https://example.com/?atid=3

Is this system broken?

    System - Affiliate Tracker plugin did not install properly. I reinstall many many times...suddenly today it works. problem solved.
