To do so, you need to go to the plugin options and set "Default commission type for the conversions" to flat rate and "Default commission levels" to 0.001.

Once you do this, every new affiliate will be created with this value on it's profile. But if you already have affiliates, you will need to set this value one by one on each affiliate account from the administrator section.

Once you have the plugin configured and activated as I told you, when a visitor comes to your website through an affiliate link, when this visitor registers to the site, a commission will be created for the owner of the affiliate link which value will be 0.001 usd.
